On teaching yoga
It took me three years to start teaching yoga after I graduated. Becoming a yoga teacher seemed way out of my league. A standard I could never reach. So I thought.

I would wake up either feeling physically paralysed or utterly jittery, hands shaking from the bones, heart pounding fast, knocking on my chest screaming to make it stop.
